I thought this was a pretty good episode. I liked the conversation about Key Biscayne magazine and what a ridiculous publication it is.

This was the best episode so far. “It was Nixon’s doomsday bunker.” lol. That structure would have to be completely rebuilt for anything to actually prosper in it. Maybe all they have to do is knock down the roof. About the Sonesta plan, wouldn’t a hotel bring a significant amount of traffic to the key as well? Wouldn’t it be enough of a traffic increase that the difference between resident and visitor wouldn’t matter? Also, doesn’t it anger you when tourists are the only ones entitled to our beaches? I’d want to have the option of key residents buying apartments near their own beach.
