Definitely running the Run.
Budget surplus eh? Let’s write a grant proposal for Pinner’s and have the city fund it.
Also, people drive too fast on the island. Get off my lawn.

Fastest time ever in the Lighthouse Run 10k is 29:35 in 1982. You have your work cut out for you.
Pinners as a community funded venture isn’t a bad idea, but I can already imagine the arguments from the opposition: “Think of the children!”
I had someone tell me the other day how odd it was that an island didn’t have any waterfront eateries. It is pretty pathetic.
